Trisha Katherine Jacks

Passed away suddenly at her home in Collingwood, on Wednesday July 14th, 2010, at the age of 46. Beloved daughter of Robert and Rose Jacks. Loving sister of Ann Jacks. Dear aunt of Amber and Madison. Cremation has taken place. A "Celebration of Life" will take place at a later date. Donations made to the Georgian Bay Animal Rescue or General & Marine Hospital Foundation or any local charity would be appreciated by the family.
