Cecil Gelindo Simonato

Long-time firefighter with the Collingwood Fire Department. Passed away peacefully at Sunset Manor, Collingwood, on May 8^th, 2007, in his 87^th year. Beloved husband of the late Josephine (nee Burnside). Loving father of Patricia Howe of Collingwood, Charles and his wife Greta of Collingwood, Catherine and her husband John Page of Collingwood, and Douglas and his wife Dorothy of Collingwood.

Dear grandpa of David (Yvonne), Ian (Angie), Jodi, Stephen, Samantha, step-grandpa of Gary, Dawn. Great-grandpa of Michael, Kevin and great-step-grandpa of Jonathon, Matthew, and Michelle. Dear brother of Mary Wheeler, Joseph (Mary-Lou), Frank (Ann) and the late Charles.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 10th, 2007 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at Chatterson Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held at the Chatterson Funeral Home, on Friday May 11^th, 2007 at 1:00 P.M.

Cremation. Interment at All Saints Cemetery, Collingwood.
