The Chatterson Funeral Home & Cremation Services is privately owned and operated by Mark and Sara-Dale Hartshorn. Sara-Dale, the managing director, has been licenced since 1996 graduating from Humber College Funeral Services Education Program, with honours. Sara-Dale also received the George Schuett Award for the Georgian Bay Area. She is also a Certified Celebrant with the In-Sight Institute of Oklahoma City. Sara-Dale worked at Tofflemire Funeral Home, Stayner, and Mundell Funeral Home, Orillia, before arriving at the Chatterson Funeral Home in Collingwood in 2002.
